The view of Yal-ku is gorgeous and you can jump right into the lagoon from your backyard. There is also a sandy tanning area and swimming pool that makes this area a great one for keeping cool or entertaining right by the water!

Inside Casa Azul Riviera is one of the largest villas in Akumal. The living room/dining room area is huge with a beautiful cathedral ceiling. The kitchen is also large and fully equipped. This villa can handle everything from dive groups to family reunions. For entertainment the house has a stereo CD player, TV, VCR and a wet bar.

Bedrooms Casa Azul Riviera has four air conditioned bedrooms and three bathrooms, and the first floor bath has a Jacuzzi tub. The master bedroom is upstairs and has a king size bed and private outdoor sun deck. Two downstairs guest bedrooms have lofts for children (they are reached by ladders so are not recommended for small children, but the big kids will LOVE these adventurous sleeping areas!). One downstairs guest bedroom has a king size bed and two twin beds in the loft. The other has two double beds and two twin beds in the loft. And fourth bedroom downstairs is the newly added children's room with 1 twin size bunk bed.

By the pool and lagoon There is a large outdoor palapa for entertaining by the pool, and another small palapa on the lagoon with lounge chairs and hammocks. Daily maid service is provided. The maximum number of guests for the house is 14.

Casa Azul Riviera can be combined with Casa del Sol next door for very large groups. Together the two villas can sleep up to 28 people making this arrangement very convenient for family reunions, weddings, workshops, executive retreats, seminars groups, and relaxed business meetings.
