Casa Iguana wedding & special event policies

1. Event fees below will be added to the standard rental rates.
   • Less than 20 total attendees including house guests: add $500 usd to rental rate.
   • Between 21-35 total attendees including house guests: add $1,000 usd to rental rate.
   • Between 36-50 total attendees including house guests: add $1,500 usd to rental rate.
2. A minimum of a 4 day rental required.
3. Maximum number of additional guests is 38. Total event maximum is 50.
4. Event planner's staff is responsible for the following:
   • Set up and take down of all chairs, tables, etc.
   • All wedding planning functions
   • Cleaning of villa at the end of the event
   • Food and beverage service
5. Security deposit of $2,000 usd in cash or US traveler checks will be required upon arrival.
   • Deposit is fully refundable upon departure barring any undo damage.
