This magnificent 6,300 square foot villa has towering ceiling to floor windows overlooking beautiful Yal ku lagoon and the Caribbean. The effect is airy and quite striking, creating a feeling of being outdoors in virtually every part of the house. Sea and lagoon views can be enjoyed from the living room, kitchen, dining room, three of the bedrooms and all of the home's hallways. Gauguin's contemporary architectural design is smartly complimented by modern furnishings and chic minimalistic décor.

The dining room seats up to 12 guests and is fully equipped with plenty of place settings for formal occasions. Everyone can enjoy a full sea view making the dining room perfect for tropical entertaining. The kitchen is next to the dining room and is fit for a gourmet with sleek cabinetry, granite counter tops and a full array of appliances. Cook service is also available if you prefer to be waited on. We hear the cook is excellent.

Casa Gauguin has five spacious, air conditioned bedrooms all with private bathrooms, large closets and incredible ocean or jungle views. The downstairs bedroom has a queen bed and garden view. There is a little desk workstation for your laptop as well. The upstairs master bedroom has a king bed, private bathroom and a private furnished terrace overlooking the pool and sea. Three more guest rooms all have queen beds and private balconies. Two of these are on the ocean side with a common sea view balcony.

The entertainment room is on the upper level and is equipped with a big screen flat TV, DVD player, home theater sound system, and comfy sofas and chairs. You will feel like a movie star lounging around the infinity edge pool and jacuzzi of this glass villa. The villa is on a rocky shore, which gives privacy and yet is only a brief walk away from the beach at Half Moon Bay.
