Las Casitas on Akumal Bay are a group of 18 highly sought after condominiums on the north end of Akumal's main beach. This is a great location on the best beach in Akumal, convenient to two dive shops, restaurants, Lol Ha beach bar, gift shops and more. Las Casitas is perfect for total relaxation and convenience to all the vacation services you're likely to need.

The accommodations consist of fourteen "original" units that will accommodate up to five guests each, and four "larger" units that sleep up to six guests each. The "original" casitas have two large bedrooms and two baths. The "larger" condos have an extra half bath on the main floor and a view of Akumal Bay from the balcony of the master bedroom. All kitchens are fully equipped (including stove, refrigerator, pots and pans, dinnerware, cooking utensils, coffee maker, microwave, toaster and blender). All the condos are fully air conditioned with spacious living areas featuring a glass wall with slider that looks out on a private sea side/garden courtyard. Each day the maid will come to clean and check/replenish your stock of coffee, coffee filters, creamer and sugar, salt and pepper, and bottled water. Akumal Bay and Las Casitas private beach area are just off these courtyards.

The private courtyard for each condo is between the sea side exterior patio and the beach. All have plenty of flowering tropical plants, comfortable outdoor patio furniture, and a palapa or palm tree for shade. The courtyards are an ideal place to read, enjoy your morning coffee, afternoon cocktails, cookouts, or just lounge anytime of day. A sandy path runs the perimeter of the courtyards and allows easy access to the private beach area for the casitas, and to the "cannons" observation area overlooking the north point entrance to Akumal Bay. The sandy perimeter path is also an ideal place to bring a patio chair and just gaze out on the bay, or read. Las Casitas is tough to beat for quality and convenience and books up rather quickly.
