Casa Redonda's arch design creates a spacious open interior that's perfect for entertaining and relaxing. The massive glass windows at the front and rear of the house let in lots of sunlight while the central air-conditioning keeps things cool. The front patio/ pool deck is done in cut limestone with blue ceramic tiles for the pool interior. Chaise lounges, shaded table and chairs make the pool area perfect for sunning, dining or entertaining, and exterior lighting allows the fun to continue on into the evening.

Casa Redonda has 2,500 square feet of living space with a master bedoom and guest bedroom, 2 bathrooms, large living room with satellite TV and CD stereo, dining room, and a fully equipped kitchen. Entering through the front door reveals a beautiful wet bar to the right and formal dining room to the left. Both face the pool area. Straight ahead is the living room with wrap-around couch and full kitchen divided by a slider to the exterior patio on the ocean side. A guest bedroom, also on the first floor, has a double bed with windows facing the ocean side patio and Caribbean. The first floor arched ceiling soars overhead to the second floor balcony where the master bedroom suite is located. Up a flight of stairs, the master bedroom has a king size bed with a glassed-in balcony overlook to the first floor and pool. An expansive arched window wall provides a commanding view out on the Caribbean. To the side of the bed is a sitting area with futon sofa and buerau. On the other side is another futon lounger and the private bathroom done in gray marble. At the foot of the bed is the TV and a door in the center of the window wall that opens to the ocean side balcony and a spectacular sea view.
