These comfy condos have a sunny living room and dining area overlooking the beach and Caribbean. Glass doors open to the sea side patio or terrace.

The second level terrace has a spiral stairway that goes down to the beach. Each unit has a fully equipped kitchen, beach view living room, and one or two air conditioned bedrooms. Each bedroom has a king size bed. There is also satellite TV, DVD player, a selection of DVDs, WiFi Internet connection and a safe in each unit large enough for a laptop.

Sea turtle nesting U-Nah-Kin is an excellent place to stay and see the sea turtles nesting each spring, or to see the baby turtles swim to sea starting in the late summer through the autumn months. We encourage guests during this time to not shine lights toward the beach at night because this may confuse the turtles and interfere with their reproductive cycle.

Aventuras Akumal beach is one of the best deep sand beaches on the coast. People (and turtles) return here year after year because of the quality of the sand, and the fact that the bay is less busy than central Akumal or many populated beaches of this quality in the area. Aventuras Akumal is a real gem; a wonderful place to kick back in a hammock and just enjoy the tropical splendor.

Vacation research For adventure, 20 minutes drive south is the Pueblo of Tulum, the Tulum ruins and Tulum beach. A little north is the seaside town of Akumal, and about 30 minutes north is the major tourist town of Playa del Carmen.
