Pablo owns and operates El Ultimo Maya Restaurant in the village across the highway from Akumal. This is a great place for some local flavor and very good seafood.

Pablo also offers fishing trips, glass bottom boat tours, snorkeling trips, and the almost famous Robinson Crusoe excursion. To make arrangements just stop by the restaurant the evening before or ask for Pablo around the glass bottom boats on the beach of Akumal Bay.
